Booking & Payments

We're thrilled to be a part of your special day! Once you've paid a 30% non-refundable booking fee, your booking is confirmed. We're all about solid commitments, so no tentative bookings here. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding, but don't worry about weekends or holidays; we'll adjust accordingly. If you need a payment plan, just let us know! We make it easy with direct bank transfers.

Flower Alternatives

We're all about flexibility and creativity! We'll work with your colour palette, style, and theme, using the freshest seasonal and locally grown flowers available. While we aim to meet your specific floral requests, sometimes nature has other plans. If we can't get the exact flowers, we'll find a suitable alternative. Trust us—we're experts! We'll do our best to replicate designs from photos, but remember, each arrangement is unique.

Final Design

Nature is wonderfully unpredictable, which means we can't guarantee an exact look, coloru, or design. But that's the beauty of it! Each flower and arrangement has its own charm and character.

Wedding Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, just give us a heads-up as soon as you can. Unfortunately, the 30% booking fee is non-refundable, but if you need to change your wedding date, let us know at least three months in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you within the following year. Prices might vary due to seasonal availability.

Changing a Design

We're here to make your vision come to life! Any changes to your floral design contract should be made at least a month before your big day. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but availability and lead times might play a role.
